Michelle has taken a great deal of pride in creating an agency that provides services involving best practices and high ethical standards, upholding comprehensive services across learners’ environments.
Karen has over 20 years’ experience in the field of autism and ABA. Karen's primary function is to oversee the financial and business aspects of ABLG. She also works closely with members of various school districts and their directors to ensure services from well-qualified ABA and speech staff.
Karen has a passion for advocating for the families whom ABLG serves, specifically their ability to receive health care coverage for necessary autism services.
Laura manages staffing/scheduling and ensures ongoing support with clients, not only fitting the programs with the right staff, but also making sure that clients receive services in a way that best fit the family's needs. Laura's ability to problem solve and innovate is second-to-none and she is a truly an invaluable part of ABLG.
Laura has comprehensive knowledge of insurance benefits for autism services and how they apply to the autism mandates.
As the Human Resources Manager at ABLG, Ursula partners with the executive leadership to attract, develop, and retain the company’s talent. She is responsible for overseeing HR Operations, recruitment efforts, and onboarding.
Over the course of her career, she has developed expertise in employee relations, talent acquisition, and ABA-specific software technologies.
Dana is a highly experienced and dedicated BCBA who is responsible for ensuring that ABLG provides high-quality and ethical care to all our clients.
Dana oversees the implementation of and adherence to the BACB Ethics Code, HIPAA, other external standards and regulations, and ABLG’s policies and standards. Dana also conducts intakes for potential new clients and helps to determine initial service levels.
Allison has an extensive background in insurance claims and payroll processing. At ABLG, she is in charge of billing, claims, payroll, accounts billable and receivable, and forecasting.
Healthcare billing regulations tend to be complex and everchanging and Allison handles this with ease. Allison works cohesively with the insurance companies, private clientele, and the ABLG staff.
Kristine and Nora will likely be the first faces to greet you at The Center at ABLG. They oversee day-to-day center operations and facilitate an environment that keeps our learners happy, engaged, and motivated.
Together, they work to provide ABLG's learners with a fun and safe space to gather each day.
Sarah is a New Jersey licensed and ASHA certified speech-language pathologist who has experience with AAC implementation, feeding disorders, expressive and receptive language disorders, as well as articulation, fluency, and pragmatic language disorders in the birth to 3, preschool, elementary school-aged, middle school-aged, and high school-aged populations. Sarah has substantial experience with children who have been diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and with guiding parents through the diagnosis process. Sarah has worked in both private and public schools in New Jersey where she has collaborated with various professionals to ensure quality services for her students.
Sarah currently provides speech and language services in public schools, provides support to professionals who may have questions regarding speech and/or language acquisition, and is helping to grow the ABLG speech center.
